Speaker:  Laura Hall, Research Director, Ontario Native Women's Association

Laura Hall will provide us with insights into this topical issue facing all Canadian and answer many of the questions CFUW Barrie women pose.  Our Advocacy Committee will facilitate a question/answer period. This is an important  discussion as it is a national policy initiative for CFUW.

Our Advocacy Committee will take us through a review and feedback process on resolutions submitted by clubs from across Canada and addressed to the federal government for the National AGM.
We will start the meeting with our annual sumptuous potluck!

Carol will provide insights into the plight of refugees coming to Canada and starting their challenging journey as Canadians.
